Survey Schedule
Reports will be available only after the survey has closed. Student responses are aggregated into a single report per course. This protects student identity and keeps surveys anonymous.
Mid-term surveys are optional and must be done after the course/student data import is completed. Please contact Nikhil Maheswaraiah for more info.
The system is scheduled to send email reminders to students.
Key Stages and Dates
Fall Semester:
- September 21st - 25th: Data import. Student enrollment and faculty course assignments received from the registrar for import.
- October 7th - 11th: Reminders are sent to program directors to create their surveys.
- November 9th - 13th: Surveys should be complete. Additional changes must be done at this time as surveys cannot be edited after the FIRST student takes the survey.
- November 14th - 18th: Faculty/Instructors will be notified via email to check courses listing and course roster.
- November 28th - Dec 16th: Course surveys open. The system will send an initial reminder to students regarding their surveys.
- Dec 14th - Dec 21th: Web Campus surveys open Dec 22nd: Reports open for faculty.
Spring Semester:
- February 9th - 13th: Data import. Student enrollment and faculty course assignments is received form the registrar for import.
- March 23rd - 27th: Reminders are sent to program directors to create their surveys or add/delete/update Learning Questions.
- April 11th - 15th: Surveys should be complete. Any additional changes must be done at this time as surveys cannot be edited after the FIRST student takes the survey.
- April 18th - 22nd: Faculty/Instructors will be notified via email to check courses listing and course roster.
- April 25th - May 18th: Course surveys open. The system will send an initial reminder to students regarding their surveys.
- May 2nd - May 16th: Web Campus surveys open.
- May 19th: Reports open for faculty.
