NSG Group names Craig Naylor as CEO In a rare case of a non-Japanese outsider taking charge of a Japanese auto supplier, Craig Naylor will become CEO of NSG Group, the former Nippon Sheet Glass Company. Naylor, 61, joined NSG Group on May 1 as CEO-designate, pending election to his new post by shareholders June 29. He will replace Katsuji Fujimoto, who moves up to the ceremonial post of chairman. Former Chairman Yozo Izuhara is retiring. Naylor, a U.S. citizen, graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., in 1970 with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. He had been a nonexecutive director of Delphi Corp. from February 2005 through September 2009 and spent 36 years at E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co.
