The Stevens Experience
Whether they’re succeeding in the classroom, on the athletic field, or as a leader in extracurricular activities, our students exemplify Stevens’ reputation for talent, hard work and ingenuity. With a community that supports their social and emotional development, Stevens students graduate with sounder minds and bodies and rounded personalities fit for a modern, globalized world.
Clubs and Activities
Support for enrichment opportunities like the Alpha Phi Omega co-ed service fraternity, Stevens Dramatic Society, and WCPR enables students to grow in encouraging environments.
Greek Life
Many alumni made lifelong bonds in sororities and fraternities. Now, their generosity provides opportunities for a new generation of sisters and brothers to thrive.
Campus Traditions
Stevens takes pride in a strong history and culture of campus traditions. Gifts to the Campus Traditions Fund help students make memories at events and activities that are unique to the Stevens experience, such as Wittpenn Walk, Duck Days, and the Founder’s Day Ball.
Athletics
Scholar-athletes pair rigorous academics with strenuous competition. Alumni and friends can change the game for these Ducks with funding for equipment, travel to games, and upgrades to facilities for playing, training, storage and sports medicine.
Belonging and Inclusion
Creating an inclusive campus environment for our students starts with a commitment to supporting a diverse range of lived experiences. Program funds for Mental Health, Disability Services and Student Culture and Belonging help ensure that every student finds the support they need to feel a sense of community and belonging at Stevens.
Samuel C. Williams Library
Support for the Samuel C. Williams Library enhances smart-tech study, collaboration, and academic research spaces, and preserves, digitizes and displays the university’s extensive historical collections.
Living-Learning Communities
Stevens’ Living-Learning Communities bring together students who share identities, passions, or interests. Residential experiences like the Lore-El Center for Women’s Leadership support the academic, social, and personal needs of students as they pursue their academic goals.
Career Services
Career prep is a hallmark of the Stevens education. The Career Center connects students with meaningful engagements at large corporations, emerging start-ups, nonprofit groups and government agencies.
Senior Design
Students benefit when they can go beyond classrooms and hone their technical knowledge in hands-on challenges. Through senior design projects they present during the annual Innovation Expo, students learn teamwork and leadership skills, time and project management, and confidence in their growing abilities.
Establish a Fund
Many donors establish a fund to honor their experience at Stevens, give back what they received when they were a student, pay tribute to a loved one, or honor a reunion year and milestone celebration.
