David M. Bonifacic, Sr.
CEO & CO-FOUNDER, WB ENGINEERS+CONSULTANTS
David Bonifacic is CEO of WB Engineers+Consultants. He founded the firm in 1999, as a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP) engineering firm, with the vision of elevating the role of the consulting engineer in the business community by providing quality work and building trusted advisor relationships.
WB has offices nationwide, and in addition to MEP engineering, has grown to include information technology consulting, code consulting, commissioning, asset strategy and repositioning consulting, and turnkey project management. WB focuses on the science and technology and critical facilities markets, and decarbonization and technical advisory services.
An alumnus of Stevens Institute of Technology, Mr. Bonifacic earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering in 1986 and was a member of the Ducks basketball team. His two sons continued the tradition of a Stevens’ education. DJ graduated with a degree in business and technology in 2015. He was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. Billy graduated in 2017, with a major in business and finance.
In addition to his engineering degree, Mr. Bonifacic also holds a master’s degree in strategic communications from Columbia University. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program (OPM 51).
