MEET OUR SPEAKERS
Grace Miguel
Grace Miguel graduated from Stevens in 2022 with a B.Eng in Software Engineering and an M.Eng in System Analytics(AMP program). During her undergraduate studies, she commuted for the first 3 years and then became an R.A. in CPH. She wanted to make the most of her time on campus by joining various clubs and activities like Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority, The Stute, SWE, and SHPE. She was also a peer leader before becoming an RA which was where she met some of her closest friends. Her favorite class was senior design because it allowed her and her friends to use their creativity and passion to build something they cared about, which was a smart greenhouse. Beyond the classroom, she thoroughly enjoyed spending time at Phi Sig events like Pancake Night and exploring the plethora of coffee shops in Hoboken. For nearly 2 years, she has been working for Mars Wrigley as a data engineer. So far, she has thoroughly enjoyed her time at Mars. She works in the Supply Chain Analytics space and works on problems related to inventory and material supply security. Outside of work, she enjoys running, baking, and hiking.
Christopher Alessandri
Christopher Alessandri is a 5/5 Computer Engineer aiming to pursue a master's in Applied Artificial Intelligence with a Software concentration. He is a recipient of the Department of Defense SMART scholarship, interning at Picatinny Arsenal in Wharton, NJ. He is a Pinnacle Scholar, the Special Events Chair of the Entertainment Committee, and works with Philip Gehman on various disability awareness panels.
Lauren Kibalo
Lauren Kibalo is a senior (4/4) majoring in Software Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. Initially, she started as an engineer undecided student, but quickly found her passion in software development through the introductory programming class ENGR 116. Over the summer, she interned at The Cigna Group as a Software Engineering Intern and is excited to share that she has accepted a full-time position with them after graduation. At Stevens, she is involved in organizations such as the Software Engineering Club, Society of Women Engineers, Greek Life, and Women's Club Volleyball. Additionally, she serves as a Peer Leader, ENGR 116 Teaching Assistant, Tour Guide, and representative for her department advisory boards!
Jason Li
