BIOGRAPHY

Portrait of Bernie McNeilly

Bernie McNeilly is an Executive Vice President at LiRo-Hill. He is responsible for the delivery and growth of the design capabilities of the firm, as well as the New Jersey and New England offices. This includes civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, architecture and sustainable design, GIS/survey as well as BIM/virtual design and construction services for public and private clients alike. The spotlight is on client delivery in the Northeast Corridor with responsibility for strategy, execution, and delivery for all design markets and services.

Previously as President-Northeast Region WSP USA, Bernie was responsible for the continued growth of one of the leading engineering firms in the Northeast. He played an integral role in high-profile projects in New York City including the LaGuardia Central Terminal Building PPP, Gateway Trans Hudson Tunnels, the Raising of the Roadway on the Bayonne Bridge, the Widening of the NJ Turnpike 6-9 Interchanges, and the Restoration of the WTC Transportation System.

Bernie has a Master’s Degree in Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and holds a professional engineering license in multiple states. He is also a part of Dean Zu's SES Advisory Board Team.
