Setup your Mobile Duckcard
Stevens has transitioned to a virtual ID card system which means that physical ID cards are no longer provided. Your mobile DuckCard grants you access to a wide array of services and facilities on campus, such as entry access, your meal plan, and more. Your mobile DuckCard remains valid as long as you are enrolled at Stevens.
If you need assistance with your DuckCard, please visit the DuckCard Services webpage or contact [email protected].
Step 1: Upload Your Photo
Here’s how to upload your photo:
Visit Transact eAccounts and sign in with your myStevens username and password. Please do not include “@stevens.edu” in the username field.
Select “Click to Submit a New Photo” under Personal Information.
Follow the instructions to upload your photo.
You should have received an email from the Stevens IT department, including your myStevens credentials; if you haven’t received your credentials yet, or if you encounter any issues with them, please contact the IT department at [email protected] or call 201-216-5500.
After you receive an email that your photo was approved, please wait for 24 hours before proceeding with Step 2.

These are the step-by-step instructions for provisioning mobile credentials on your device:
