A Grand Launch of Stevens Center for Sustainability
On January 17, 2025, the Stevens Center for Sustainability was officially launched, bringing together over 125 attendees, including industry leaders, faculty, and students, for an evening of insightful discussions and celebrations of sustainability research.
A key highlight was the panel on sustainability in environmental justice, where experts from PSEG, Hugo Neu Corporation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and the City of Newark explored pressing environmental and social equity issues. The event also recognized the PSEG Summer Undergraduate Research Scholars, who showcased their interdisciplinary research contributions. Find more about the speakers and posters here.
