Electronic Verification (service fee)

You can now order an electronic Enrollment Verification or Degree Verification directly from the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) here. Please consult the NSC website for service fees. Prior to placing an order, make certain the recipient will accept a third-party document. In addition, ensure that your degree has been awarded on your unofficial transcript before ordering a Degree Verification.

Student & Alumni Enrollment & Completion Verification

Use MyHub to download or print your enrollment verification certificate.  Myhub is a free and secure online application provided by National Student Clearinghouse. It provides you with access to your verified education records from all colleges and universities participating. Visit https://www.myhub.org to create or access your account.

FERPA Release Form

This may be found by selecting requests located in the Applications section on your Workday homepage.  Then select create request.

Pursuant to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), students should use this form to authorize the release of education records. Under FERPA, education records are defined as records or information that are (1) directly related to the student and (2) maintained by Stevens or by a party acting for Stevens. Education records include, but are not limited to, academic, financial and disciplinary records.

Military/Veteran Education Benefit Application

Students must submit the Workday application each semester approved VA educational benefits are used.
