Stephanie LeBlanc-GodfreyStephanie LeBlanc-Godfrey '06Stephanie LeBlanc-Godfrey ’06 is a transformational leader and inclusion strategist driving meaningful change and empowering thousands of individuals across the tech industry and beyond. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple executive roles in finance, digital media, and tech.

As the Global Head of Inclusion Programs for Women of Color at Google, she launched groundbreaking initiatives, including the launch of Google's first and largest ERG dedicated to parents and caregivers, that have positively impacted the lives of underserved intersectional groups through global summits and community-focused programs.

Stephanie's latest venture, Mother AI, is an innovative platform dedicated to empowering parents at the intersection of technology and family life. Mother AI demystifies AI and emerging technologies making AI accessible and applicable to everyday family challenges.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Stevens. She was recognized in the prestigious Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2024.
