Non-Matriculated/Non-Degree Seeking Undergraduate Student

Stevens welcomes non-matriculating/non-degree seeking students interested in taking undergraduate-level courses at Stevens during the fall, spring or summer semesters. Stevens will consider for non-matriculated/non-degree seeking status students who are:  

  • currently pursuing an undergraduate degree at another college or university  

OR:

  • have completed college courses in the past  

  • have earned a bachelor’s degree 

and have a minimum 3.0 GPA at their current or previous college or university  

 Tuition is charged on a per-credit basis along with applicable fees. Review details at: Tuition and Fees.  Applicants must provide the following:  

  • a copy of a transcript (unofficial is acceptable) from their current or previous college/university.  

  • the academic semester in which they wish to take the course(s)  

  • course(s) interested in taking at Stevens 

Must have completed all pre-requisites for the desired Stevens course.

Non-matriculated/non degree seeking students can take up to nine (9) credits in one semester and up to 15 credits total. Enrollment in approved courses is subject to availability.

The above information must be provided to the Office of Undergraduate Academics (OUA) via email at [email protected] at least four (4) weeks prior to the start of the semester.
