Make Changes to your Personal Information

All changes should be reported to ISSS within 10 days of the change.

Updating your U.S. Address or U.S. Telephone Number:

All students may update their U.S. Address using the Personal & Program information found in their ISSS Student Portal. Alternatively, OPT Students may also update this information on their SEVP Portal.

Updating your Legal Name:

If there has been an update to your legal name, please submit the Legal Name or Citizenship Update Request in your ISSS Student Portal Control Center. You will be required to submit a copy of your passport ID page. ISSS will update your SEVIS Records and issue a new, updated I-20.

Current students should update their information in Workday by submitting the Workday Legal Name Change Request.
