About Our Partnership

Northrop Grumman logoThe Department of Systems and Enterprises has partnered with Northrup Grumman Aeronautics since 2006, with 21 cohorts totaling 387 participants across eight locations throughout the U.S. Additionally, the Department of Systems and Enterprises collaborates with other NGC segments such as Mission Systems and Space Systems. Corporate cohorts consist of 12-25 NGC employees who as a group take courses for 10 consecutive semesters to earn the Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering degree. This NGC Aeronautics cohort began in 2019 and therefore, due to COVID, experienced the change from In-person to virtual class sessions.

Enrollment Options

  • Join a custom Northop Grumman program. For summer 2024, choices include a systems engineering master's degree cohort and a space systems engineering graduate certificate cohort

  • Apply for independent enrollment in any Stevens program available online, on campus or hybrid. View all graduate degrees and graduate certificates. (not eligible for fee waiver)

How to Apply for Admission & Receive Your Benefits

Step 1 - Start the Stevens graduate application.

Start your Graduate Application at https://gradadmissions.stevens.edu/apply/  

Step 2 - Add corporate partnership information to your application.

In Financial Support Section, answer YES to "Will you be attending Stevens Institute of Technology as part of a corporate partner agreement ( i.e. corporate, government, or other professional organization)?" 

Step 3 - Enter your corporate code.

Under Sponsored Program List, Select your corporate code, N01G02C, from the drop down. 

Step 4 - Receive application fee waiver, if applicable

You will receive the $60 application fee waiver after submitting your application. 

Step 5 - Receive tuition discount, if applicable

To receive your tuition discount, request an EdAssist Verification Form from your company's HR department. Email the completed form to [email protected] at the beginning of each semester that you register. Please note, the tuition discount is only applicable to part-time study (3 to 6 credits per semester.) 

Step 6 - Enroll in deferred payment plan & receive fee waiver, if applicable.

If you wish to enroll in our deferred payment plan, once registered for a course, submit our Employer Tuition Reimbursement Bridge Plan Form for corporate students. Select the code, N01G02C, which will waive the required $150 ETRPB enrollment fee.  You will need to submit this form at the beginning of each semester you are registered for classes.  



By the time the program is complete, I will be ready to step into a managerial role based on this program and my experience at Northrop Grumman. We're learning the full scope of the field, and a broader understanding helps when leading multifunctional teams.
