Academic Regalia
Graduating students should order their regalia here.
Regalia is required for all graduating students participating in Commencement and must be ordered in advance of the ceremony. If graduates do not order regalia, they will not be able to participate in the ceremony. Regalia will not be distributed at the ceremony, so make sure you obtain attire in a timely fashion. The regalia is yours to keep after the ceremony.
You have missed the ship to Stevens deadline, but you have until April 22 to order regalia for shipping to your preferred address (shipping fees apply but there is no charge for the regalia). If the attire is ordered to be delivered to a preferred address, you do not need to pick up your attire - it will be mailed directly to you.
If the attire is delivered to the university, students can pick up their attire at Grad Fair on Wednesday, May 1 (for graduate candidates) and Thursday, May 2 (for undergraduate candidates). Grad Fair will take place at the UCC Tech Flex from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 1 and 2.
If regalia was delivered to campus, but not collected during Grad Fair, students my visit the bookstore during the week, Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The final day for on-campus regalia collection is Tuesday, May 21st from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No regalia will be taken to PNC Bank Arts Center.
Faculty are required to RSVP for Commencement (see instructions on the Commencement website). If a faculty member indicates on the RSVP form that they require regalia rental, they will receive information for ordering regalia immediately after submitting their Commencement RSVP.
Faculty must pick up their regalia from May 13-17 between the hours of 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. You must return your regalia to the Stevens Bookstore no later than Wednesday, May 29, 2024. Failure to return your regalia by the deadline may result in a fee.

Graduates can only claim the number of guest tickets within their allotment. We ask that graduates only claim the number of guest tickets needed so that all unclaimed tickets can be made available to other students. Like many venues and other large places of assembly, PNC Bank Arts Center has a “no pets” policy. PNC Bank Arts Center's policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.
PNC Bank Arts Center requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
