Accepting a Job Offer
If you have been offered an on-campus job, please follow the instructions below:
Visit the Student Employment Office: Once offered your first on-campus position, you must first visit the Student Employment Office (SEO) with proper forms of identification to complete the necessary paperwork to start working. If you've previously held an on-campus position no further actions are needed.
Complete Paperwork: Students must complete all necessary paperwork to begin working.
Domestic undergraduate and graduate students
must complete a W-4 form.
International Students without a social security card
must first contact the International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) to obtain a social security card.
International students with a social security card
must bring their social security card, I-94, I-20 and their passport to the SEO.
Provide Proper Identification: Students must provide the SEO with proper identification to work on campus.
Domestic undergraduate and graduate students
must provide the SEO with either a passport or a driver's license and a social security card or birth certificate.
International students
must provide their social security card and a passport.
Complete Onboarding Tasks in Workday: Once you have brought in your identification you will need to complete onboarding tasks in Workday.
