Book by MARSHALL BRICKMAN and RICK ELICE. Music and Lyrics by ANDREW LIPPA.
The Addams Family, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
Modern Theater
In the summer, DeBaun PAC produces modern classics, this season presenting A Doll's House by Henrik Ibsen on Friday July 19 at 8pm & Saturday July 20 at 2pm, alternating with A Doll’s House, Part II by Lucas Hnath on Thursday July 18 at 8pm & Saturday, July 20 at 8pm.
Technical Theater
Did you work backstage at your high school theater? Did you always wonder what it's like to be behind the scenes, designing lights, set, and sound for shows? Join the DeBaun Staff and find out! The theater department hires multiple undergraduate students each year to help produce the shows and presentations that are held. Work study and non-work study positions open.
