Mobile DuckCard Setup

Requirements:

  • Must have Okta setup on personal device & photo approved.

  • Active student or employee status

  • Galaxy phones: Note 20, A53, S20 or later, ZFlip 5G, Fold 5G, Z Flip 2 and Fold 2 or later.

  • Galaxy Watch6: Only Android wearable currently available with ACT Cards

Instructions for Adding DuckCard to your Apple Wallet

1. Download the Transact eAccounts App from the Play Store

2. Search for Stevens Institute of Technology

Login with myStevens credentials and approve the Okta request.

3. Tap the Add to Samsung Wallet Button.

Choose either phone or Galaxy Watch6. Once setup is complete you will be able to add it to the other device.

If your device has NFC, but you do not see the Add to Samsung Wallet button after first sign in, log out of the eAccounts app and log back in.

4. Tap Next on the following screen.

Please wait for the app to load and save your card.

5. Agree to the Terms and Conditions

Once complete, your card will be located in your Google Wallet!

6. Use your card on- and off-campus!

Door access, DuckBills, Meal Plans, Dining Dollars, Campus Events, Library etc,. and many more.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS, FACULTY AND STAFF EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY ADDING THE DUCKCARD

Reset the region on to the US on your device by following the Google support instructions.
