Mobile DuckCard Setup:

The Mobile DuckCard is your key to a seamless and integrated campus experience at Stevens Institute of Technology. With just a couple of simple steps, you can unlock a world of convenience, security, and access to campus facilities and services.

Setting up your Mobile DuckCard is easy and involves just two main steps:

  1. Submit Your Photo: Start by providing a recent photo of yourself that meets our guidelines. This photo will be used for your Mobile DuckCard, which serves as your digital identity on campus. Learn more about photosubmission guidelines and ensure your photo meets our standards.

  2. Download Your Mobile DuckCard: Once your photo is approved, download your Mobile DuckCard onto your mobile device. This digital card will be your primary access point for campus services, including dining, library access, and building entry. Get started with your Mobile DuckCard setup.

Activate Your Card Today: Follow these steps below to activate your Mobile DuckCard and start exploring everything Stevens has to offer. With your new Mobile DuckCard, campus life is just a tap away!

Using your DuckCard in iPhone/Apple Watch

You can use the card effortlessly, without unlocking your iPhone/Apple Watch by utilising Express Mode!

This feature is perfect for quick entries and transactions, enhancing your campus mobility.

Using your DuckCard in Samsung/Google Wallet

For Android users, your DuckCard integrates seamlessly with Samsung Wallet and Google Wallet. Activate NFC on your device to make use of touch-and-go functionality at campus dining facilities and beyond.

Samsung Wallet users: Use your DuckCard without unlocking/”waking” your phone! Simply hold the device near the DuckCard reader and the DuckCard will pull up and take the requested action.

DuckCard Accounts

There are three important accounts on the DuckCard: DuckBills, Dining Dollars and meal plans. You can check your balance, transactions history and meal counts via the Transact eAccounts Mobile App, or web browser.

DuckBills

DuckBills is a prepaid, dollar-for-dollar, declining balance account housed on your Stevens DuckCard that can be used to pay for purchases at participating on and off-campus merchants.

Dining Dollars

An innovative feature added to the meal plan that can be used on campus and at any participating Grubhub Vendor in your area. Dining Dollars can also be used at Dining locations both on- and off- campus.

Meal Plans

Meal plans purchased from Stevens Dining will be loaded to your Mobile DuckCard. Different meal plan options are available at locations across campus. You can check your meal plan balance at any time through the eAccount app or web browser.

1. DuckBills

Load money on to your DuckCard and you'll have DuckBills! From restaurants and grocery stores to retail, there are over 20 on- and off-campus DuckBillls vendors.

How to add DuckBills:

3. Cash Deposit.

Login to the eAccounts App and tap the "Add Money" button. Then you can use Apple Pay, a saved payment method*, or input your debit or credit card information to load DuckBills.

Using the CWID of the Stevens student, faculty or staff member, login to the eAccounts web browser to make a Guest Deposit to a DuckBills account.

Using the CWID of the Stevens student, faculty or staff member. You can deposit cash to a Duckbills account at the cash deposit station on the first floor of the Library (on the wall at the end of the row of scanners, around the corner from the vending machines).

Important things to know about DuckBills:

DuckBills are prepaid, and worth dollar-for-dollar.

For example: $5 = 5 DuckBills.

DuckBills stays on the DuckCard until used and will roll over each semester.

NOT AVAILABLE

DuckBills is a Debit Account on your DuckCard, but cash cannot be withdrawn.

2. Dining Dollars

Enjoy the convenience and variety of campus dining with Stevens Dining Dollars. Accessible through your Stevens DuckCard, Dining Dollars make it easy to enjoy meals and snacks at several on-campus dining locations.

How to use your Dining Dollars:

Grubhub

Dining Dollars are accepted at all Stevens dining locations. Just swipe your Stevens DuckCard at any participating dining hall or cafe.

Take advantage of our partnership with Grubhub by using your Dining Dollars for orders at any participating local vendor. Perfect for meals on the go!

Summer Classes

Running Low?

Please note that unused Dining Dollars do not roll over to the next semester. Be sure to utilize all your Dining Dollars by the end of each term.

Students enrolled in summer classes and opting for on-campus hours will have their accounts billed for Dining Dollars as part of their summer meal plans.

3 .Meal Plans

Meal plans are integral to campus life, providing convenient, flexible dining options across a variety of on-campus locations. All meal plans are loaded onto the DuckCard, which students can use to access their meal allowances efficiently.

You can check your meal plan balance at any time through the eAccounts app or Transact eAccounts Website.
