You’re Hired!: Stevens Students, Alumni Share How The Stevens Experience Helped Start Their Careers
With the recent release of The Undergraduate Class of 2024 Career Outcomes Report, Stevens has reinforced its position as a leading institution that successfully prepares students for their next steps: 96.8% of graduates achieved their desired outcome — either employment or graduate school — within six months of graduation. (Women graduates boasted an even higher outcomes rate of 98%.) The graduates entering the workforce began their careers with an average salary of $84,800. Here, current students and new alumni share how their Stevens experience — and the Stevens Career Center, ranked No. 12 nationally by The Princeton Review — helped them on their professional journey.

The 2024 Undergraduate Student Outcomes Report also highlights the impressive companies that hired two or more members of the Class of 2024, including Bank of America, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, Lockheed Martin, Mastercard, PwC and Stryker, among others. This chart shows a breakdown of the industries that hired our Class of 2024 graduates.
*Other Industries: Construction, Pharmaceutical, Transportation, Non-Profit, Education, Real Estate and Petroleum are each 2% or lower, together totaling 10%.
