Courses are taught by instructors with both academic and industry experience. Our application-driven degree and certificate programs provide theory and training in relevant technologies addressing real-world issues for managing complexity.
Stevens offers flexible scheduling, a combination of synchronous and asynchronous sessions, instructor office hours and the choice of online or on-site class sessions.

Our Courses
Stevens graduate courses are designed to solve real problems. Leveraging global partnerships with industry and government, we provide a highly relevant and engaged curriculum tailored to the real world and the skill competency needs of practitioners. Our courses offer corporate students a hands-on, application-driven education and instills within the student-employee the technical acumen and leadership skills which enable them to effect transformative change, applying human intelligence to some of the world's most pressing challenges.
How it Works
The Cohort Option: Study in a Group With Other Employees at Your Company
Corporate students can complete graduate degrees or graduate courses by taking them online on an individual basis, or as part of an in-person or online corporate cohort sponsored by their employer.
In the cohort option:
- Discussions take place with sponsor leadership and Stevens faculty and designate POC to ensure the meeting of goals and skill development for the students in the cohorts.
- As a result of these discussions, electives are chosen and courses are tailored to meet specific sponsor needs. Case studies are chosen which address those particular needs.
- The 12-25 students in the cohort progress through the 10 master’s degree courses or the four graduate certificate program courses together as a group.
- The experience provides opportunities for teamwork and relationship building. Related issues of the Corporate Sponsor can be discussed openly among colleagues within the cohort.
- Participants have the ongoing support of the Stevens’ Corporate Care Center from the time they apply though the awarding of the degree or the graduate certificate.
Flexible Delivery Options For Your Convenience
Corporate students can complete graduate degrees or graduate courses by taking them online on an individual basis, or as part of an in-person or online corporate cohort sponsored by their employer.
Stevens delivers its courses in convenient, flexible delivery formats including:
- On-site or online: Traditional semester courses are conducted one evening a week for 15 weeks
- Week-long courses
- Split sessions: Three days one week and two another, as well as other options
- On-site at industry and government sponsor locations worldwide
The Individual Option
Corporate students can complete graduate degrees or graduate courses by taking them online on an individual basis, or as part of an in-person or online corporate cohort sponsored by their employer.
In the individual option:
- Courses are fully online offered via Stevens award-winning WebCampus platform
- Part-time students can take up to two courses per semester
- Corporate sponsor discounts will apply

Admission Requirements
Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related discipline from an accredited university
3.0 GPA or better
Official transcripts from all institutions attended
The two letters of recommendation are not required for Corporate Sponsor students
GRE scores are not required for part-time students
The $60 application fee is waived
Personal statements are waived
Resumes are recommended
References are not required
